PRODUCT IMAGES does everything possible to provide images as close to an accurate representation to the exact products displayed on our website. Product images are meant to convey our products accurately. However, natural colors can vary slightly from pictures shown and cannot be exactly reproduced digitally. Because of this products may vary slightly in color when viewed online than those actually received in person. Product labeling like logos, remote labels, and remote button images, and other product details may also vary slightly than what is pictured online. Images are provided by the manufacturer and may change or differ without notice than the images shown to describe a product online.


Includes visit to the website; product & order process inquiry; adding the product/s into his/her cart, order placement and confirmation, up to delivery.

1. Order Placement

  • Add to Cart – You should add the preferred product and quantity to the website. You can view the summary of his order through cart button. At this stage you can still opt to continue shopping, change the quantity, or delete and add an item. If the product details are final, the you will be asked to checkout.
  • Check-out – The checkout page will require you to provide the shipping information (contact person, contact mobile/phone number, complete address and landmark). At this stage, you can still go back to your cart to edit the product details.
  • Payment – When order details are final, you will be opted to choose your preferred payment gateway and will be asked to fill-up the payment details. An order notification will be sent to your email as order confirmation. For Online Banking and over-the-counter payments, the payment instructions will be sent to your email.
  • Shipment – Notifications regarding order and shipping status updates will be sent to you. You can also check the status of your order from the account under the cart tab.
  • Closing of an Order – The order will be set to “completed” once the item has been delivered to you as recipient.

2. Order Processing - includes order confirmation, processing and shipment

  • Order Confirmation
    Payment complete/verified – PerfectHealth will proceed to order processing
    Pending Payment – Aging unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 7 business days.
  • Order Fulfilment
    The order will be processed upon payment completion.
  • Shipment
    The order will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the sale ends.


  • We are offering a free shipping of orders within Metro Manila. The confirmed orders from outside Metro Manila will be ship thru 2GO or LBC cargo and the shipping fee be paid upon receiving of the product.
  • You will be also responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


  • PerfectHealth has the right to cancel an order at any time due to typographical or unforeseen errors that results in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions etc.).

    Payment Complete Orders

    In the event a cancellation occurs and payment for the order has been received, PerfectHealth shall issue a full refund.


  • PerfectHealth has the right to cancel an order if you fail to process the payment within 7 business days after the order date or if you fail PerfectHealth validation or security authentication.
